Shipping Policy

Laws differ by location and change often. Because of that, confirm legality before purchasing or installing any product. Our products are intended for lawful semi-auto use only. This page does not constitute legal advice.

2. Order Review & Cancellation

All orders are prone to legal review.
We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders
  • Issue refunds
  • Ask extra information
  • Take action if legality is unclear or restricted

3. Shipping Techniques & Timing

All shipping times are estimates and change at any time. Your order secures your product. Once your order number is processed, a shipping label will be created. After that, your order will be packed and shipped. While orders do not ship the same day the label is printed, they will be fulfilled as quickly as possible.

We are a small business working hard to offer high-quality products at competitive prices. High order volume occasionally affects processing times, but every order is treated as a priority.

4. Refused or Returned Shipments

Orders refused or returned due to legal restrictions or incorrect customer information are prone to:

  • Restocking fees
  • Shipping costs deducted from refunds

5. Risk of Loss

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. This is the case except were prohibited by law.

6. No International Shipping

BSSQUIRTS LLC does not offer international shipping at this time.

Refund & Return Policy

1. All Sales Final Unless Otherwise Stated

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you get a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

If approved, we offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund at our discretion
  • Any refund approved will have 30% retained to cover Packing materials, shipping, any labor, and restock. Please be aware.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The next items are non-returnable:

  • Components once installed or used
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

4. Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a Chargebacks without contacting us first will result in account termination and refusal of future orders.
