Our 4140 CNC cut super safety has superior design to any SS design on the market. they have been meticulously designed to work with almost all AR15 style rifles and PDWs, they fit the recipe to work with AR22 that run bore buddy, CMMG, and numerus others. They are also exclusively used in all of our Leber V2 builds. No polishing to fit or trimming needed.
SAE 4140 (AISI 4140 steel) is a Cr-Mo series (Chrome molybdenum series) low alloy steel, the material has high strength and hardenability, good toughness, small deformation during quenching, high creep strength and long-lasting strength at high temperature.
